Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to the personalised nature of the product. All products are made to order.

Cancellation Of Orders

Our products are 'made to order'. Orders are often printed or have started the manufacturing process within 12-24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been printed we will do all that we can to cancel your order for you but we can not guarantee cancellation.

Replacements

For personalised orders I do not replace products if the customer has made a spelling error. You will be liable for the costs of the new order. If Little Micco Creations has made an error, your order will be replaced ASAP no questions asked.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product please contact Little Micco Creations with a photo and explanation within 3 days of receiving the product. I will work with our print partner to rectify the problem asap.

Colour consistency

Colours may vary from screen to screen so please be sure to consider that there may be a slight variation of print colour to what you saw on your digital screen.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
