How long will my order take?

When placing your order please allow for the below preparation and shipping times.

Wall Art + Paper Prints Estimated Delivery Times and Locations

  • Order preparation time: 1 - 4 business days
  • Estimated transit time: 2 - 4 business days

Accessories Estimated Delivery Times and Locations

  • Order preparation time: 1 - 4 business days
  • Estimated transit time: 17 - 19 business days

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

We currently do not accept delivery to PO boxes so please place your orders to home addresses only.

Where are you located and where do you deliver?

We are located in Sydney, Australia and offer international shipping.


How much does shipping cost?

For a limited time we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders.


How is my product printed and delivered?

All of our prints are printed professionally by another company. They will be printed, packed & shipped directly to your address.

How do I pay?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal, completely secure, online payment processors.

What if I change my mind or have made an error?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or error made by the customer due to the personalised nature of the product. You will be liable for the costs of the new order.

All products are made to order and have usually started the manufacturing process within 12-24 hours. As we want you to be completely satisfied please get in touch asap and we can see what can be done.

What if my product is damaged?

If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with a photo and explanation so we can rectify with the printing company.

Why does the colour on my print look different to what I see on screen?

Printed output is usually slightly darker than what is seen on screen. Different calibration of screens, a plethora of manufacturers and how a device is manufactured, all contribute to why the actual printed colour may slightly differ from those on screen.

Can I see a preview of the artwork with the child’s details and colour preferences?

Yes you can, but please note this will slow down the production and delivery process. Please request this within the “Order comments” at checkout.


Can I purchase an instant download?

For the moment, this is not a service I am offering.


Do you create custom work?

I sure do & welcome them.

  1. If you are interested in a particular animal or design but the current listings do not match what you are after, contact me and I will look after you.
  2. If you like my style and would like a bespoke design and/or product, contact me to discuss your requirements and for design rates.
